1.  Berry Pop is not responsible for the safety or condition of your order once it has been picked up. (Example, melting chocolate in the heat, freezing in the cold, dropping your order, etc.)

3.  STRAWBERRIES:  We strongly recommend consuming your strawberries within 24-48 hours after receiving them. Please refrigerate leftovers as soon as possible.

4.  CHOCOLATE:  Berry Pop recommends storing leftover chocolate candies in the refrigerator. Freezing the chocolate will extend its shelf life.  When ready, thaw at room temperature and enjoy. 

5.  50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must be paid to secure your order.

6.  Orders must be paid in full at the time of pickup or delivery or the customer forfeits the entire order.  

7.  Rush orders or Same Day orders will require a $25 inconvenience fee.  These 

requests must be confirmed by Berry Pop 

before the order is accepted and fulfilled.

9.   Address for pick-up orders will be given when the entire balance has been paid.

10.  REFUNDS -  Refunds are given at Berry Pop's discretion.

11.  'Surprise Me!' options are designed by Berry Pop's choice, made at the customers request and will not be refunded. 

12.   Berry Pop reserves the right to decline service to anyone for any reason. 

13.  Free BLUE treats included with every paid order. 

14.  BLUE Treats are randomly selected per Berry Pop's choice.  Sorry, NO requests.🙂
